Nicole, although a complete snooker shark after a few Fluffy Ducks on a Friday night, is no relation to the late great Eddie Charlton.

Nicole is a local chick through and through; born in the Illawarra, educated at Tarrawanna Primary, re-educated at Corrimal High, they had one final go at educating her at The University of Wollongong but that didn't work either so they threw a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at her and told to get a job in radio and not bother the whole education system ever again.

So that's exactly what she did.

Nicole “toughed it out” as a casual reporter for Win News in 1995 but soon realised that working hard for a living sucked. So she begged i98fm to save her. We rejected that idea and decided to make Nic work in both news rooms at the same time !

Nicole is married to Paul and she has a toddler called Jake. Jake hasn't figured out yet that Nicole isn't a live version of The Wiggles, Play School and Rodney Rude all mixed into one.
